That means that, no matter how busy your schedule is, you can always get a bit of exercise. If you want a bigger challenge, you can use ankle weights to increase difficulty, too.

The thing about weights, though, is that they can add a lot of muscle. So, if you’d rather get the tone without the bulk, you should probably not use weight training. If you want more workout, instead of weights, just do more repetitions.

When you’re building a cellulite reduction exercise routine just remember to balance things out. So, you have to get in aerobic exercises, as well as anaerobic, if you want the best results. You should find that your cellulite starts to dissipate, once you start a well-balanced exercise routine.
