If hormones are what is causing your acne, then you can definitely notice a difference when those hormones are regulated.

If you happen to be inflicted with a particularly oily skin, one major mistake that we all make is to wash our skin to vigorously or even too often. This has the effect of inflaming the skin even more. Try to approach this a little more gently.

There is no necessity to give up your make up entirely, but cosmetic choice is a very important aspect of acne control. Oil based products, really have to confined to the bin. Better yet don’t even buy them.
