The Tradition of the Wedding Ring Cushion

Also called the ring bearer cushion, the wedding ring cushion is what holds the rings as they are brought to the bride and groom. They are usually little, ornate cushions that can either reflect the wedding’s colour theme or that of the couple’s own liking. There are many designs that can be achieved by combining the different shapes, sizes, and accessories used. These cushions can be designed with the right mix of pearls, crystals, flowers, ribbons, and beads. Satin, silk, and organza are usually the options for the cushion itself, which can be embellished with a distinct pattern that matches the motif.
